Andrew Witherell13/05/2024Excellent company. Responded to my request for a quote really quickly. Discussed what was needed and communicated throughout the process up to fitting. Very fair and transparent pricing too. The guys did an outstanding job in changing out some very old and very difficult windows. They worked really hard to get the job completed quickly and efficiently, even when faced with a couple of unexpected problems. Finished result is first class and they did a great job of cleaning as they went, leaving nothing for me to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Yorkshire Roof Windows. It’s nice to work with tradespeople who care about the work they do and want to be sure that customers needs are met. Lucy Flanagan09/05/2024Really happy with the service from Yorkshire Roof Windows. Clear and prompt quote provide. We were unlucky with the weather in April for the install but Tom kept us updated throughout to make sure our fitting could be done as soon as possible which was really appreciated. They also went above and beyond when we realised the sizing of the window did not quite work at first, just due to the really old age of that being replaced, but it all got sorted on the same day. J P06/03/2024Absolutley fantastic company. After one of our Velux windows was smashed we worried about finding someone who could replace it quickly and without to much mess. We has several quotes, but 30 seconds on the phone with Tom was enough to convince us he was not only and expert but would do the job well. We hugely appreciated how flexible and professional they were on the day of install. David Miles23/11/2023We used Yorkshire Roof Windows for the first time as we needed two Velux windows replaced. The whole experience from start to finish was extremely good. We were kept informed at all stages and the installation was completed very efficiently and the room was left clean and tidy. The old windows and rubbish were taken away. We have now asked the to renew our entire guttering and are confident that this will proceed just as professionally as the windows. Would be happy to recommend this company.
