My husband and I are really pleased with the replacement velux window and blind which was installed by Yorkshire Roof Windows. The finished result far exceeds my expectations; it looks great! The service we received throughout was also exceptional. The initial quote was turned around really quickly, we were kept up to date with when to expect the work to be done and the guys who fitted it were friendly and left the room they worked in spotless when they’d finished. Everything about dealing with Tom was so easy, from measuring the window to ordering it and then coming in to fit it. The work was done so well and I think the kitchen was left cleaner than it was to start with. The velux window has made such a difference to the room, I couldn't be happier with the work. Tom has also been really helpful in putting me in touch with a very good plasterer, so everything got sorted quickly. Really pleased with the Velux Sun Tunnel. I had to keep the light on in the hall all the time as no window in this part of it. Pete and Mark did a really good job fitting this Sun Tunnel, and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them. He got back to us within a couple of hours with a price including fitting. We live in Pudsey near Leeds and the fitters arrived promptly. They carried out the replacement with minimum disruption and tidied up after themselves. They took all of the old window and flashings away too.
