Yorkshire roof windows provided an excellent service with the installation of two replacement velux windows in our attic bedroom here in York. Tom is an excellent communicator and always returns calls promptly and gives up to date information as to the time framework that is planned. Tom and the guys at Yorkshire windows supplied and fitted two new velux windows with built in blinds to replace the old ones in our dormer bungalow in Market Weighton. Everything went exactly as Tom had described and we are delighted with the finished article. They have transformed two scruffy spare rooms into two very nice guest rooms. Very good experience starting with Tom who took all measurements and got everything ordered and explained how the work would be carried out , to the two guys who carried out the work they were brilliant came and just got on with it they covered everything in dust sheets few hours later all finished all cleaned up couldn’t tell I’d had workmen in . I would highly recommend Yorkshire Roof Windows. Tom was very helpful and kept us well informed both before and whilst our window was fitted. The fitters were excellent both friendly and worked extremely hard, they left the job clean and tidy and explained clearly how to use our new window. Very satisfied. My husband and I are really pleased with the replacement velux window and blind which was installed by Yorkshire Roof Windows. The finished result far exceeds my expectations; it looks great! The service we received throughout was also exceptional. The initial quote was turned around really quickly, we were kept up to date with when to expect the work to be done and the guys who fitted it were friendly and left the room they worked in spotless when they’d finished.
